Holistic Nutrition Coaching

Nutrition based on the "whole" of an individual person with improvements made to elevate the health holistically. Behavioral, emotional, physical changes can be expected to occur with attention to sleep, stress, activity, environment and how all of these issues affect nutrition. This is NOT a meal plan. Nutrition changes will be customized to each individual depending on their unique goals (ex weight loss, weight gain, managing health issues, lifestyle changes, health improvement, longevity, cognitive function).

 

This package includes (4) 45 minute in person or virtual sessions. Sessions are scheduled M-F. Contact me with questions.
